payment
i ask for payment after having sent the approved thumbnail of the finalized product . you will not receive a quality file until after i receive payment in full .payment plans can be accepted if agreed upon . these plans are only applicable for adopts .
wips & usage
my work may not be used commercially ; ie , merchandise , prints , etc .you may not alter my work in any way , with exception to adding or removing background / s . if you would like changes to be made , please tell me !i may take anywhere from 2 days to 6 months . as you commission me , it is assumed you are aware of this .
as i work on customs , i may sketch designs and ask for your opinions on the design sketches . these sketches are never free use ; you are not allowed to use them in any way .rejected sketches will go back to me and may be reused or adjusted for personal projects . these sketches can not be used by you unless given permission .rejected designs can not be claimed or used . i reserve the right to claim ownership and do as i please with rejected designs , such as reselling or keeping them .

if you are ordering a custom or buying an adopt , you must have a toyhou.se . if you do not have a toyhou.se , you may request a code .i do not deal with unruly behavior . i will cancel commissions with those who are inappropriate , rude , or overtly naggy . please return the respect in kind i am expected to give you .
